ORDERING ONLINE
Ordering a CHOK bag online is easy and secure. Once you have chosen your item(s), click on ADD TO CART and this item will be added into your shopping basket. You may wish to continue to browse the website or if you wish to complete the purchase, click on CHECKOUT button to go to the secure payments page where you can enter your payment and delivery details.

PAYMENT
You can checkout securely using Paypal or any UK Credit and Debit Cards (Visa or Mastercard) to pay for your order via Paypal Express Checkout.

Once the payment has been successful, a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. We will send you an email once the order has been processed and dispatched with tracking details of your shipment.

RETURNS
We are confident that you will be happy with your new CHOK backpack. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange or refund. To return your item(s), please use the CONTACT US form or email info@lovechok.com. Once we have received your return request, we will contact you with our returns address and further instructions.

All items returned to us must be in perfect original condition and unused (this includes being washed or worn) and have all the original packaging and labels attached.
Customers are responsible for return postage and we are unable to reimburse the original posting cost. For a safe return we recommend that you return item(s) by trackable post (Royal Mail Signed For or Hermes). We will only be able to refund lost parcels with proof of postage.

If you are unsure about any part of the ordering, delivery or returns process, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELATIONS
If you wish to cancel or alter an order please contact us as soon as possible so we deal with it before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped before we are contacted we will have to treat it as a return.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product from us please contact us for advice on what to do.

We make every effort to ensure the descriptions and photographs on this website are a fair representation of the products for sale. However due to the manufacturing of the products, and because the colours on our website may vary slightly depending on how your monitor is calibrated, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will always look exactly the same as they do on the computer screen. The positioning of the print layout on a certain backpack for example, may differ slightly from the stock photo.
